Games for 2010/2011

Hola.

Today I’m gonna list out games I cant wait to play for 2010/2011.

1. Fable 3
   One of the point of me playing games is that I get to live in another world. And the fable series had made that experience enjoyable.

   In Fable, you can pick what sort of lifestyle do you want. Be it a jackass polygamist who rarely returns to his wives once he bang them, or a hunter who is devoted to his family, or just a guy with a dog, killing all that comes in your way. And what you do, the choices you make, affects how the people around you react and think of you. It will also influence how the environment around you changes as time passed by.

   The game is expected to comes out later this year.

2. Dragon Age 2
   Well, Dragon Age still lets me to enjoy the experience of being a Grey Warden, some sort of gang devoted to keep Armageddon away. It does comes with social choices which will affect your gameplay, but against the Fable series, Dragon Age are more tied to the story as opposed to being almost completely freeform.Dragon Age is scheduled for a May 2011 release.
3. Harvest Moon: The Twin Villages
   Yay! Yet another Harvest Moon! Some might get bored of the series, but I wont. Sure, I almost never finished them all (except for the SNES and PSX version), but I surely loved playing them all.

   Harvest Moon is a game where you get to play as a farmer who starting out on a village, where you grow vegetables and fruits, and raise livestock such as chickens and cows. You also can participate in the village activities and event, and you can woo those available girls from the village and eventually married them and have kid(s).

   The Twin Villages has a bit twist though. There will be 2 feuding villages in this game, with one specialize in farming crops, while the other specialize in raising livestock. Each of the villages are different in style (one is more European, the other are kinda Japanese), crops or livestock choices, and available bachelor or bachelorette. You have to choose a village carefully and work towards the story of rekindle the 2 villages friendship.

   I think we can only get to play The Twin Villages next year, since even the Japanese version will be released on July 2010.

4. Bully 2
   
   What is Bully? A bully is a game by Rockstar (well you know, the people who made GTA) which simulates a high school experience.

   Whats so fun with that? Well, Bully is story driven about a kid that is being bullied to eventually becomes the big savior of school. They are just like GTA, but only without guns, cars (well, they do have cars, but you don’t get to drive them) and explosions.I love how they managed to turn the classes into mini-games that aren’t mandatory, meaning you can skip them if you like. And other mini games are pretty fun too. You also get to go on dates and shit! And forget about cars, just get the shiniest bikes in town!

   Will there even be a second Bully game? Well… In November, 2009 The Gaming Liberty interviewed musician Shawn Lee, who scored Bully, and was asked if he was scoring anymore games in the near future and he stated that “Yes. It looks like I will be doing the soundtrack for Bully 2 in the not so distant future…”
