Well, its February and its time to document my minor bodybuilding progress.

And here is the comparison between me now and previous me from April last year.

I’m not going to lie on this one. I’m entranced by buff Malaysians… with or without the Avian Flu. Seriously though, kudos Emi. Looking great!!

I think you need to be eating at least twice as much, for a year of training you could be a really nice size if you are getting enuf calories in (the right ones of course)

Thanks for the feedback, Rob. But sadly, I cant afford to double my food budget. Lets hope things works out in the future.
