Starting since yesterday 22/1/2009, I cant log in to my luna online/runup account to upgrade my account. It keeps saying I key in the wrong passwords when I do know I key in the right one. Of course, the Forget Password function at your site doesnt work and doesnt send the emails to me when it said it would. And of course, your people are too lazy to pick up the phone when I call your center. Not to mention the English selection at the phone system doesnt use english by the last few moments before I hang up my phone. FYI, in Malaysia, not everybody speaks Chinese.
So, I would be politely asking you to find a solution. The Luna Online game is entertaining, its not its fault for having you as such a bad service provider. I worked both in IT and PR field before and I do think your site and services is the worse I ever encounter for an online game.
I expect a quick respond/reply for you, before I ends up reporting you to Persatuan Pengguna and MSC.
