The Graveyard Book

I’ve gotten a new book to read and it’s a good one!

The Graveyard Book is one of the latest books of Neil Gaiman. It’s about a toddler who manages to escape death while his whole family is being murdered (ala Harry Potter) and is then protected by a community of ghosts at a local graveyard.

Each chapter is like a short story of the boy’s life (who was named Nobody Owens by the ghosts as they said he looked like nobody else) and each chapter the boy grows up around 2 years apart.

It’s a very good read. I love it. Will check out other Neil Gaiman’s work after this!

Fun fact: Neil Gaiman is also the author of Stardust!
